It was amazing to be back! The Covid safety precautions in the salon are outstanding and it’s clear that Carmen has covered all bases to ensure her clients feel safe and confident in the current climate. Carmen, as always, did a very thorough consultation before we agreed on the style I wanted and, as usual, I wasn’t disappointed. I’m so happy with my hair but I always am when I leave the salon. I’d been a regular at Nicky Clarke’s before I found Kai Kos and have never gone back. Kai Kos (especially Carmen and Ross) are the best stylists/ colourists I’ve ever had.

I was visiting Birmingham and my aunty Juliette recommended T to me and I'm very happy with the results. I have natural afro hair and she managed to get it straight without the use of chemicals. I will be back in the future for sure.

I had a wonderful HiFu facial today at the lovely Active Clinic in Birmingham. My skin already looks lifted and I will continue to see improvements for the next 30-60 days so really looking forward to that.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else for a haircut for me or my children.

I had a lovely experience today. Helen really explained what would or wouldn’t work as most hairdressers do BUT she does it in a way that makes you feel at home and I felt like I was talking to a good friend. The other hairdressers are fab too. Thoroughly recommend and I will be returning in a few weeks
