I have problematic skin which includes large pores, pigmentation and mixture of oily and dry areas. Maya provided a soothing, theraputic facial and shoulder massage, also applying pressure to the lymphatic areas. Maya explained the issues I had and recommended key products to help with hydration and general repair of my skin. Omg! That has got to be the BEST back massage and facial ive had to date (ive had many). For me, its not just about the great quality of the products used but its how comfortable i felt during my visit. Charnel was warm and friendly and chatted with me at times when i wanted a chin wag. She explained what products she was using and the benefits of them. A great touch was the heated blanket i was laid on, it was so cosy, yes, i fell asleep. Im so excited for my next visit! The staff is very friendly. The location is also great and the treatment procedures are explained in a very good way. Things are told in great depth. I am very embarrassed about my facial hair, but I feel confident now that I am getting treatment here. One thing I liked is that first a skin patch test is done and then the treatment is implemented.
