Great place for a nice relaxing stay. Good location for catching train into Birmingham. Made to feel welcome right from the start.

As always Megan is very professional and works to a very high standard. Always gives recommendations of what you can do. The salon and staff are always welcoming. Would highly recommend Megan for your facials and Nails and Vron for any aesthetics

I had the Kobido UP – Japanese Lift & Glow Ritual today and it was an incredibly calming, deeply immersive experience. My skin felt refreshed and glowing afterwards. She was so gentle and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The whole experience felt thoughtful and restorative, and I left feeling deeply relaxed. It was a beautiful treatment, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone needing true relaxation and care.

I had a potli therapy massage with Dr Gopika today. The treatment was really thorough and left a noticeable sense of ease in the body. I had microneedling with PRP this evening with Monie and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was very calming, with candles lit that made the space feel really relaxing. She took her time, worked with great care and attention to detail and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I felt well looked after the whole way through and in very safe hands. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone considering microneedling with PRP. ✨🤍

As always the service is fantastic I have no complaints about my nails that where done by Megan as professional as ever and highly recommend her to do your nails. Also had Microneedling by Georgia again this was fantastic the salon is so friendly. I highly recommend this Salon nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff.
