Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. I recently had my eyebrows done at Resiân, and I’m really pleased with the results! The service was professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and eyebrow technician took the time to listen to what I wanted. The shaping, tinting and threading was done with great attention to detail. I appreciated how gentle and precise they were, and the final result really suited my face. I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Emma is an excellent hairdresser. I’ve thick curly hair which can be a challenge. She began carefully styling the hair. Once done , we decided that more needed to come off. Result is a good style that suits my face. Emma is also a warm , caring young woman. I’m delighted I’ve found her.
