Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

I recently had my eyebrows done at Resiân, and I’m really pleased with the results! The service was professional, the environment was clean and welcoming, and eyebrow technician took the time to listen to what I wanted. The shaping, tinting and threading was done with great attention to detail. I appreciated how gentle and precise they were, and the final result really suited my face. I had the most wonderful pre Ramadan facial at the clinic and will be going back. Even though the beauty room is inside a gym once your in the room with the gentle music, calming lights and comfy, warm room you feel like your in a whole other place. The therapist is knowledgable and made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to listen to what I told her, I’m always a bit nervous going somewhere new so explain what my skin likes/ doesn’t like and she took all of that into account.

Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. I highly recommend Treat Hair and Beauty in Coventry and specifically Natasha for anyone looking to get a perm and haircut for their son. I went in with my son for a short back and side skin fade and was blown away by how great of a job Natasha did. The end result was even better than what I had expected and my son walked out feeling so confident. The salon itself has a great atmosphere, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, a fantastic expericence and we will definietly be returning in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had the most incredible Glass Facial experience and I’m still glowing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and so relaxing. I immediately felt at ease. The treatment itself was absolutely amazing. Every step was explained with such depth and care — the level of skin knowledge was impressive. My skin feels tighter, beautifully plumped, and intensely hydrated. It has that smooth, luminous “glass skin” glow I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. If you’re thinking about booking — do it.
