Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Spoke in depth and made a treatment plan customised to my skin concerns and type, and advised on how to maximise the benefits of the facial. This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Really relaxing service, Izabella talks you through all the products she’s using and why she is choosing to use those. I’ve also had amazing results, I have had 3 facial so far x

I’ve had 3 facials with Izabella and honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and always tailors each treatment to exactly what my skin needs. Every appointment feels relaxing but also really results driven. I’ve noticed such a big improvement in my skin since I started. On top of that, she’s just a lovely person who makes you feel comfortable straight away. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows what they’re doing.
