Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Such a great massage! Booked in for a 90 minute hot oil but whilst there and with the therapist, we decided to change to a deep tissue. She was incredible! Found build ups in my muscles that I don’t even know existed and did some magic in my armpit that releases my neck?? Amazing. Will be back!!

Absolutely incredible. Booked a couples massage (one hot oil, one deep tissue) and it was amazing. The place is lovely and clean, relaxing atmosphere and really friendly staff. Tree and Cindy that did our massages are super attentive and amazing at their jobs. Phenomenal experience and great value for money. Can't wait to return!
