Highly recommend Lauren. I’ve been to Lauren a few times the last few months to have my hair up and make up. Not only is it very convenient to go to the same place and have your hair and make up done, Lauren smashes it every time! Makes me feel amazing and I get some many compliments from others. Fab service and just so much better than the previous machine down in Brighton when I had a different treatment provider, this is practically pain free by comparison. It's a bit sore in the evening after but last time it healed up so quickly was fab.

I’ve only very recently moved to Cardiff so was so pleased to find a nail technician who replied to my messages while I was still living out of the area. I had my first appointment yesterday and it was such a lovely experience. My nails look great, Jessica is a pleasure to be with and so accommodating. I can’t praise her enough I’m already looking forward to my next appointment 😊

The appointment was amazing, sha made me feel so comfortable and not ashamed at all, I loved her work and her patience and how she was getting everything handled with patience and giving it the right time and attention. Best wax experience i’ve had so far in Cardiff would deffo recommend it!!! x

Had the pleasure of Lauren doing my hair & make up for my daughters to take me out for my birthday, hair was done at 9am as it was her only availability, I’m happy to say it lasted all day and night. I’ve never been one for a full face of heavy makeup, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. Would definitely recommend her & will use again. Thank you Lauren x

Lovely experience, client centred, and relaxing appointment. Sian really goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome and comfortable as well as ensuring you are happy with your hair. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain things about my hair to me - came out very informed! Sian makes a lovely cuppa too! Can’t wait to go back 😊
