Louise was really lovely — welcoming, calm and very professional, which made it easy to relax straight away. The massage itself was much more than I expected. It covered head, neck, shoulders and back, and even my feet, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. Everything was done with care and the pressure was spot on throughout. I left feeling completely relaxed and much lighter than when I went in. You could tell Louise really wanted you to get the most out of the treatment. I felt properly refreshed from head to toe afterwards. Amazing experience can’t wait to go back again!

I’ve had a couple of lymphatic drainage massages with Holly. She is thorough but gentle, and I feel the positive effects for days afterwards. The aftercare advice is also comprehensive and communication about appointments super helpful. Highly recommended!
