I didn’t like my last gel refill The technician kept narrowing my nails into a coffin shape when I wanted them wide square. For three visits I keep giving the same feedback She would do the gel okay, but she couldn’t do the shape right. I went to a different place and they got the shape right from the first go. I still go for Pedicures, they are the best in Pedicure in Langley and Surrey.

Vandna did hair removal for my face. She first tested how sensitive my skin is and then recommended a mix of wax and threading. I really appreciated this assessment and suggestion. Of course, her work was great too! Raylene did my mani and pedi. Her attention to detail is remarkable. I appreciated her honesty when it came to the nail polish and doing the fingers all over again to make them look perfect. And this was without me noticing that things were out of whack. She was also quickly able to identify dry cuticles and suggested a suitable remedy for it.

I have never been to the salon before and when I popped in one day to inquire about services, Trina greeted me like a long lost friend. She was so nice and made recommendations for the services I was interested in. I booked some waxing and a pedicure to try them out. I was very pleasantly surprised. Michelle's pedicure was outstanding and I can honestly say, I definitely will be back. Many thanks to Lauren who did my waxing. Great job and I again would not hesitate to have Lauren again. I cannot comment on the hair services but will be booking a consultation in the near future.

It took longer to get my hair cut than expected because of Kristine's inexperience. But I appreciated her gentle upbeat personality and that she called in a colleague to help her with new techniques. I walked away with my hair just as I wanted it. Michelle was thorough and a joy to chat with while she did my sugar waxing. She cared about the end result and took the time to make sure it was done well and completely. I will definitely book with her again!

Had a facial with Gen this afternoon and it was very good. As I entered Diamond Beauty I was greeted and welcomed with a handshake by Gen with a smile. The facial was very relaxing together with the neck massage..As Gen was doing the facial, she explained what mask she would be doing.
