As a Bowen Therapist, I use gentle, targeted moves to help your body find its natural balance again. During each session, I quietly assess where tension and misalignment are really coming from, then work with those areas so your whole system can soften and reset. My aim is for you to leave feeling lighter, more comfortable in your body, and calmly restored from the inside out. I’m now located within Strive Wellness Centre, near Marrickville Metro shopping centre - the large grey building opposite the car park entry on Murray St.
