She explains everything so clearly and really understands your body and what it needs. I felt like she knew exactly where to focus and how to help me recover better. I had such a great experience, especially with postpartum massage. It really helped me relax, heal, and feel like myself again. After working on those areas for a half hour (although painful), I came away pain free and walking more freely.
