Brenda did my facial today- Brenda assessed my skin type at the beginning of the session. Brenda kindly explained all the products she was applying throughout the session. Brenda was very professional while having a very welcoming personality. I high throughly enjoyed my appointment and will be highly recommending Hale Spa to friends and families.

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Brenda was absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend the facial treatments at Hale Spa! The best facial I've had - it was the Plantomer facial which was relaxing, hydrating, and effective immediately.

The facilities was good, but unfortunately some of the the facilities weren’t working. The steam rooms and saunas weren’t working, and the water in the plunge pool was not very warm. The lounge water fountain wasn’t working and only drinks were for purchase, had to ask for a drink of water. The facilities are what separates Hale from the rest of the spas around town so it needs to work.

Absolutely the best day spa experience. From the moment you walk in the foyer is stunning and welcoming, the facilities and lounge are to die for. The treatments (massage and facial) were amazing. It is all the little “extras” that make the experience what it is.

Absolutely magnificent experience my partner and I had at Hale Spa! This was both of our first ever spa experience and I can happily say we will be doing this again. The beautiful and amazing ladies at Hale spa made our experience welcoming, comforting, refreshing and overall extremely relaxing. The beautiful ladies who gave us our massages were both so wonderful and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The whole atmosphere of hale spa was set at such a quiet and relaxing time, it was impossible to not be relaxed. Thank you for such an amazing experience!! :)

A lovely space to relax. The facial therapists are excellent with lots of knowledge about skin and skin care. Their manner is professional and caring. Natalie, the lovely manager is highly competent and treats clients with respect and understanding. Highly recommended!

My Therapist, Brenda, expertly provided me with a wonderful facial and massage this afternoon. Timing, treatment room, ambience, cleanliness were all as should be expected from a successful spa centre. Brenda was a friendly, experienced professional and a would highly recommend her skills to others. I left the Spa with my skin feeling nourished and hydrated and my mind and body feeling super relaxed and spoilt.

Really enjoyed use of spa facilities, 90 min massage and use of the lounge afterwards.

The day spa itself is gorgeous! Perfect tranquil getaway from life. My facial, while luxurious felt really rough. I have had facials here before and they were gentle and caring so I left feeling disappointed 😔. Definitely still going back though, just seeing a different therapist!

Rosyln at Hale Spa was wonderful - the massage and facial were so relaxing and I was made to feel very comfortable. The ambience was great and the atmosphere felt private and serene.

My rating is for the massage, I wouldn't give the same for the spa. I was disappointed that I couldn't use the pool afterwards because my body was oily. I wish I was given the option to shower and then use the pool. Or that I was notified in advance, via the website, message or email, that I should enjoy the pool first. I was also uncomfortable because I was the only customer wearing her own clothes, not a bathrobe. Lastly, it took me a long time to find the spa as there are no signs visible from the street. Which resulted in delay and loss of massage time.
