A relaxing spa experience from beginning to end. My skilled therapist Charis, provided a wonderful treatment and a lovely mini facial while I was cocooned, soaking up the lovely oils. After being pampered, the lounge was a lovely warm place to relax on a cold Canberra afternoon.

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

I had a signature massage from Cherice? And it was so nice. Her pressure and rhythm were so relaxing, probably the best relaxation massage I have had in Canberra. Only downside was the pretty frequent clanging of (what I assume) was crockery or something similar that could be quite distracting.

Missy my therapist had such beautiful warm, calm energy. I had a deep tissue massage and she found and stretched out all the knots in my shoulders. Top class amenities and I believe Hale remains the most luxurious day spa in Canberra.

Fantastic experience. Staff were all warm and welcoming and went out of their way to fascilitate a special surprise for me and my partner. The location is beautiful and well designed. The massage felt amazing. Worth every dollar and very very very much looking forward to my next trip to Canberra specifically so I can visit this place. Hale spa is still a luxuriously wonderful way to treat yourself. The plunge pool, steam and sauna rooms are a great way to start your treatment. The facial was relaxing and pampering, the massage was okay. Whilst the therapist maintained the massage pressure consistently. I did ask for a particular area to be massaged which was missed entirely.

I had the most incredible pregnancy massage here and couldn’t recommend this spa more. From the moment I arrived, every staff member was kind, attentive, and welcoming. The massage itself was deeply relaxing and exactly what my body needed. The amenities were beautiful which made the whole experience feel extra special. We had an amazing few hours in your stunning spa, enjoying the steam room, sauna, plunge pool, and cozy lounge by the fireplace. Our massage and facial were professional and made us feel so cared for Lyn was my technician and she was amazing. Every detail, from the plush robes, the locker and makeup area to the peaceful lighting and divine scent, made the experience perfect. Finishing our experience with a glass of bubbles in hand by the fireplace with my bestie was the ideal way to end a beautiful visit.

I arrived late ( my error totally i thought i was 40 minutes early) and was consequently very distressed. Helen- my practitioner, was so kind and sympathetic and calmed me down. I had a fantastic nourishing facial w Helen. My second appointment with her. At the end i relaxed in the lounge and the front of house girls were super kind and generous, allowing me to return later for my sauna and spa element. I was super grateful. I have been coming to Hale for years now- i always look fwd to my treatment and invest in the recommended products when i can afford them. Also recommend to my friends!

This morning, I had an experience like no other. My experience started with a friendly greeting from the Customer Service staff member looking after the front desk. She patiently took me on a tour of the incredible facilities before answering my questions and leaving me to enjoy what I had just seen. I lay in a wonderful spa pool, vigorously messaged by well-placed jets, before making my way to sauna and then a steam room. Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!
