Susana is amazing. She was gentle, patient and so attentive. I absolutely loved my facial and wax treatment. Felt looked after and every minute and amount spent was worth it. Definately reccomend this spa and Susana to anyone thats interested in a spa treatment. Also loved the products they use, ambiance of the room and venue - everyone was so nice friendly. If there were more star options id give it. Thanks Susana until the next time.

We really loved the hot stone massage at the Beauty Spa! The experience was really good; Laisani's firm yet gentle hands worked magic on those tired and stiff muscles! For a first timer to the spa, totally an awesome experience!

It was nice. Felt a bit awkward having 2 staff in the room (one treating and the other maybe training?) They talked during the treatment so I didn't fully relax. It was nice, but I guess I expected a bit more from a resort spa.

A very pleasant time. The back massage was amazing. Newly decorated rooms are beautiful. I had a hydration cocoon and it would have been good to have an explanation of what would happen.

She was excellent and very professional!

Amazing service from booking and consultation. My therapist was highly skilled and very thorough, I’m unsure how her name is spelt but I believe it was Baile. She was very professional, friendly and warm. I outlined my specific concerns and she went straight to work addressing each and every one. Absolutely outstanding treatment, I highly recommend her and will be returning for a second service before my stay ends.
