Luisa was absolutely amazing! One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had and at such a reasonable price. The spa was very clean and relaxing. Highly recommend!

NISI WAS AMAZING!! A fantastic masseuse and fabulous wax done by her. She is an exceptional operator and this spa is very lucky to have her almost as lucky as her clients!!

I came in to the spa with a sore neck and shoulders, I left feeling like a completely different person! The massage was wonderful, strong when it needed to be, gentle when it needed to be, and clearly done by someone who really knows what they’re doing. Leilani was a tentative, intuitive, and incredibly skilled at finding exactly where the tension was hiding. I felt relaxed, loose and wonderfully refreshed afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Leilani, truly one of the best massages. Thank you so much.

The Fiji Bobo Massage was amazing. Susana was exceptional—best massage I’ve had in Fiji. Professional, attentive, and perfect pressure; I left feeling very relaxed. Highly recommend asking for Susana in Nadi. Vinaka vakalevu! 🙏

The treatment was perfect. However, I must comment on the noise level in the spa, running down the stairs and talking to loudly and opening and closing of doors. It disturbs clients who are trying to have their treatments done. Please ask the staff to be mindful of their clients in-house. We chose Nama spa because of the wonderful services, it takes one complaint that can affect your clientele future visits. I hope that will be taken into consideration. Vinaka

What an amazing time at the spa today. Wati did such a great job on my hair and makeup. I felt very relaxed during the services and Wati took such great care of me. Also, a shout out of thanks to Leah for finding me a hibiscus flower to put in my hair. After the services, my boyfriend and I had arranged for a photographer to do a sunset photo shoot of us on the beach.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Both ladies that work there are the nicest people and also very good at their job. They make me want to keep booking more spa treatments!

Loved my experience at The Beauty Lab! I got my eyebrows tinted and the results are awesome. The staff was so friendly, and the free head massage while waiting for the tint to dry was such an amazing, relaxing touch. I'll definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful experience at the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa. The resort is beautiful, but what really stands out is the warmth and genuine friendliness of the Fijian staff nothing ever feels like too much trouble. I had a massage at the spa today and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the experience was relaxing, professional and incredibly welcoming. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had exactly what you want while on holiday!
