He was early for the appointment which is a plus in my book. The boys had a great connection with him. He's now their barber, hands down.

1. The Barber I’ve had experiences with barbers whose only goal seems to be getting you in and out of the chair, with no rapport at all. That is not the case here. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like family. It’s clear that customer experience matters here—you really have to experience it for yourself. 2. The Barbershop Chair with massaging accessories, hot towel on face after shave, spritzes of a quality cologne before heading out the door. Clean shop, well-organized, sanitary tools. And more to come! You need to check this place out for yourself. Bet you can't say I lied!

I attended my appointment with concerns about the end result due to my errors but Jabari was reassuring. The end result was that I really had nothing to worry about. Jabari worked his usual magic ... a completely satisfied customer! A talented barber, indeed!

Kenny is an amazing barber and he brings a comfort and peace to your haircut experiance. Kenny ' s clamness and professionalism should be taught in schools. You can tell that he is a respected man by his peers because of his communicative skills and the laughter that is echoed in the barber shop

I normally avoid long waits at any hair salon, so I always follow the barbers' recommendation to schedule an appointment in advance. They often remind clients that without an appointment, they will need to be fitted in around existing bookings which can lead to extended waiting times. My 10:00am appointment today was disappointing. The barber advised he would be 30 minutes late, but never arrived or followed up. Thankfully Teekay stepped in and was extremely professional ensuring I received exactly what I requested. I appreciate her service but leaving at 11:20 am was frustrating.

Today was my first time to your salon. The receptionist was very polite and even though I was early for the appointment I was attended to the same time. The barber Teekay was very refreshing, she interacted with my son while cutting his hair and she paid attention to every detail making sure he was comfortable and got exactly what he came for. He was very satisfied with the haircut which is an achievement as he is not very easy to please. He will definitely be coming again

Had a wonderful experience at Diamond Cuts! It was my three year old sons first professional haircut and the Barber, whom I’m told is Shane (hopefully I spelt it correctly) was very professional and welcoming and made my son feel comfortable. I was delighted with my hairccut by Kiera. She was friendly, listened to, and gave me exactly the trim I wanted. The head massage was incredible. Very satisfied .

Great haircut, Jabari is a really accomplished and skilled stylist and on time.

I can't say anything but good. The barber engages me in conversation whenever I sit on the chair.
