I had an excellent experience from the moment I entered for the first time ; from consultation to mole removal. I entered a safe, clean and professional environment that immediately gave me a sense of peace and comfort. I had a massage today. The massage was decent and I have some feedback on process. Firstly, I suggest clients be consulted about how their body is feeling and if any specific body parts need special attention; my massage started without any consultation. I also suggest training massage therapists to ask clients about pressure at the beginning of the massage, and to check in again about it midway through the massage. I think my massage may have ended slightly early as well, I recommend ensuring clients receive the full 60 minutes they booked. That would take my rating from good to great!

Had a really great experience this morning. The massage was exactly what I needed, relaxing, professional, and very well done. The therapist was extremely attentive to details and clearly very knowledgeable, which made a big difference. She made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Faith is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. She works with intention and focus to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Her massage techniques are obviously well studied and practiced. She is professional and always prepared. Highly recommend!
