Fabulous salon, very friendly as is Hayley. I had an illumi facial. A first laser facial for me. Hayley was very thorough and explained the procedure. At each step, she explained what she was doing. It was quite a weird sensation on my skin, but it didn’t hurt. Hayley finished the facial with a lovely cooling moisturiser. I noticed a big difference in my skin the following day so I’m excited to see how it is in 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend Hayley for any treatment. She will definitely put you are ease. I will definitely use her services again .

Microneedling with 2 Derma serums. Amazing treatment! I was feeling low about approaching 50years old, my skin looked so dull and old. Sarah has made my skin glow which has given me a sprinkling of self confidence. My skin now looks so clean and bright. I had a firming serum on my forehead which I can feel is tighter. Fantastic Dermaplaning Experience! I had dermaplaning yesterday at Beauty Sculpting Room Poole with Elishia, and my skin has never felt smoother or looked brighter! Hayley was very patient and took time to review the ingredients of the skincare products I am recently using to ensure that they would not cause side effects post laser treatment to remove my facial hair. Hayley also explained about the procedure of preparing for the laser treatment ensuring I am aware of the duration of the treatment and what it entails while ensuring that I do not move the googles and leave them covering my eyes. She spent some time adjusting the googles ensuring that they covered my eyes comfortably and securely.

Amazing experience , loved the ambience , the staff. This was my first hyper facial experience and my skin feels fantastic , I see the positive impact of the treatment I will be retuning

Sarah is so lovely I have had an amazing experience every time I go! Not only are the facials amazing but Sarah has so much knowledge around the science side of things too! I really struggle on and off with my acne and not only do the facials help but I have implemented a few lifestyle tips given to me and have had a huge improvement on my skin I have only been 3 times but will continue coming back! Lovely experience at Beauty Sculpting Room today. The team are so friendly and put me at ease quickly helping me overcome some nerves I had about the fat freezing treatment. Everything was well explained and I felt very looked after. I'm not used to these high tech treatments so I found it quite fun. Fantastic visit to Serene again today . Best Botox I have ever had and been having Botox for over 15 years . Will never go anywhere else now as the results are fantastic . Just moved to Poole and needed lash lift. Sarah did a great job and I will be going back

The treatments are great. The only things that bother me are the noise outside the room, and the the fact that the treatments never last the whole time I'm paying for e.g I had a 90 minute hydrafacial today, but by the time I got changed and the appointment finished, it was more like a 75 minute treatment :(
