Prabhjot is so lovely and professional! She is welcoming and friendly from the second you walk through the door and explains her actions throughout the treatment. If you want to chat she’ll happily do so but if you want to stay quiet she’ll allow you to fully switch off. The clinic is clean and inviting and they offer a great selection of treatments at competitive prices. I intend to keep using Shapins for my treatments.
