I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

Every time I have a reflexology session I leave feeling calmer, and more able to deal with whatever life has in store. The session itself is one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever experienced and for me allows a meditative state. Hollie is a wonderful person who is brilliant at what she does.
