She explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. Sadie always makes me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment. She is aiming to achieve the same thing as me, which is to naturally enhance how I look. This is important to me as I don't want to look like I've had work done, just subtle changes. She is so gentle too! Bonus! I like that she is always looking for new treatments for her clients and keeps up to date with everything. She is basically everything you want in an Aesthetic Practitioner. I’ve been coming to the laser lounge for quite a few sessions of laser hair and tattoo removal, I can’t believe the results! I was so nervous at first but Kayleigh is so lovely! I’m always made to feel at ease and comfortable and she’s extremely knowledgable about the treatments, would highly recommend to anyone thinking about either treatment.
