Becky was welcoming and professional. I felt in expert hands and Becky checked i knew what to expect. Conversation flowed really well. Obviously there was a little discomfort but I knew to expect this. Becky said to let her know if we needed to take a break at any time. After the treatment Becky fully explained after care. I will look forward to seeing results.

I was so anxious as this was my first ever treatment so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Katy made me feel at ease. She is very thorough and explains everything in detail. She explained everything clearly beforehand & after the treatment she provided aftercare so I knew exactly what to expect.
