Dan was really friendly and informative, and made me feel completely at ease. He advised against doing the treatment because I have a fresh suntan, which I really appreciated — it was reassuring that he prioritised safety over just going ahead. Excellent service, I had a bespoke Barrier Restore facial at Studio114 and the entire experience was exceptional from beginning to end. The treatment was tailored to my skin’s needs and felt both restorative and deeply relaxing. Every step was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the process. The atmosphere was calm, professional, and welcoming, allowing me to completely switch off and enjoy the experience. Found myself snoring at some point. This was the best consultation I’ve had. Busola was informative, understanding and ensured she took her time to listen to all my concerns. I was not rushed. She didn’t tell me to start using tretinoin which appears to be the trend, however, advised me on products that are going to target my current skin concerns (a simple skincare routine).
