I've had a lot on my mind recently with several family matters and changes in circumstances. Sarah pinpointed this during the reiki session, without me having said anything previously. The Indian head massage was also incredibly relaxing and I'm sure my shoulders dropped about 6 inches. Looking forward to my next treatment.

I've been coming to Paige for skin treatment for more than 2 years now, and she always delivers good results. My acne has basically completely cleared, with occasional spots showing up during my period but that's it. Paige is very professional, and provides a comfortable experience every time - so much so that I admittedly have fallen asleep on the bed several times. If you're lolooking for a good skin therapist who is reasonably priced, this is the one.

Thanks to Sarah at Pure Peace Reiki in Buxton as for a hour I was completely relaxed and felt more re-aligned with myself during the Reiki session. Its nice to have had that hour of complete quietness with no distractions. I've done energy healing & grounding before as part of EMDR/CBT but the Reiki session was a completely new experience.
