The best massage in Wilmslow……..Had a full body massage and it was simply amazing. Felt so relaxed after and I will be back for sure. Before massage I was asked what type of oils would I like, I said a relaxing massage so lavender and ylang ylang were used. I filled out the customer form to highlight any conditions I had and what part of my body needed extra attention. Fiona focused on my back and neck and I felt a lot of relief and I had less tightness in those areas. Very comfortable warm bed and a very relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Fiona and see you soon x

I cannot recommend William's skincare products enough—I will never go back to shop-bought products. My skin is clear, feels soft, and has no more dry patches; even my redness has reduced. My routine now feels like a pamper session rather than a chore. I even left the house without makeup today, which I never would have done before. Ive been going to Isabel for nearly a year now & my skin has never looked better! I am absolutely obsessed with my monthly micro-needling treatments. The results from my Biorepeel have been amazing so far, the treatment including double cleanse, dermaplane, cooling mask and LED therapy too. The salon was super chill and everyone was so lovely. I was super nervous given the name ‘bio peel’ that it would be painful and I’d look like a tomato for days afterwards but the downtime was minimal following the procedure and actually I was super nice and glowy for my evening out with friends. I had such an amazing time chatting all things skin and making a plan for my bridal skincare regime and am loving the results of bio peel so far!

I honestly can’t recommend William enough. From the second I walked in, the whole experience felt calming, welcoming and luxurious. It wasn’t just the facial itself although my skin genuinely looks unbelievable today, it was William’s energy, the atmosphere, the clinic and the care throughout the entire process. You can tell so much thought and passion goes into what he does. I left feeling amazing both inside and out and I already can’t wait to come back. Sylfirm X Just started a course of 5 treatments. William talked through EVERYTHING, explaining each step and the science behind it. I felt incredibly safe and even though it’s a bit pinchy at times, it’s totally bearable, some passes I couldn’t even feel! I was red for about 12 hours and woke up the next day to no traces of any treatment. Almost zero downtime! William also uses RED and NIR light during the treatment, enhancing its effects as well as aiding in healing. It’s a beautiful practice, nothing clinical or scary, it’s far more spa like and has a really relaxing atmosphere.

I had Botox and treatment for my smile lines with Rachel yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My smile lines disappeared instantly, and although I’m still waiting for the Botox to take full effect, it’s good to know that a free top up is included after two weeks if needed. Rachel was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of my questions honestly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone.

Robbie was great. I booked in for a dental treatment but the therapist didn’t come to work- Robbie contacted me to ensure I was still okay to proceed and to be truthful I did feel a little apprehensive but I needed the wax for an event that day and didn’t have an alternative. When there Robbie was very lovely, but me at ease and did a really great job. I usually go quite red and it’s lasts most of the day, but I haven’t today, the redness has gone down very quickly.
