This is my first time having body sculpting, Kitti explained everything to me so I understood the process&the whole experience was really enjoyable! I can most definitely tell that my stomach has gotten smaller - obviously it’s important to maintain a healthy balanced diet, but this really has helped to tighten my loose skin&help with bloating I’ve had. This is most definitely something I would keep up with; & would very much recommend. Kitti is SO lovely. She listened to me waffle on and really made me feel at home. I had a great experience start to finish - thank you! It was a pleasure! X

Didn't know what to expect upon my first ever session but Kitti was very welcoming and friendly. The treatment itself was quite relaxing and felt nice, I found the vacuuming a little uncomfortable but Kitti ensured I was comfortable and okay. Great experience as always with Kitti. This session completed my 3/3 body sculpt for thigh/bum and I can see a marked improvement. I'm also sticking to the aftercare regime that Kitti went through with me as I am convinced that this also helps! I also had the face contouring and dermaplaning with Kitti which left my skin feeling lovely a few weeks back. I'll definitely rebook this treatment as well as 'treat' myself to the 3 sessions again for Christmas!

Kitti was very welcoming for my first taster appointment. She explained everything she was doing/using and also talked through the follow-up treatments to help select my future sessions based on my individual needs. The treatment is not painful and actually quite relaxing - I didn't notice any negative side affects afterwards and Kitti made sure I knew the after care treatment requirements to support my first treatment. I'm looking forward to my next appointment with Kitti!

I did my first treatment with Lauren this morning- the resting mama ritual. It was the honestly the best treatment I have had during my pregnancy. Lauren was knowledgeable and it felt like she really cared about making me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Highly recommend!

My first Circadia facial, and what a wonderful experience it was! My face tends to scream for moisturiser after cleansing but not this morning, I didn't even feel I needed any!
