So so great! I had really short nails from biting them, and in the past I’ve been scolded at salons. I had a great experience at Liveo and right away booked my next appointment. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more perfect nail set, she free-handed the French tips with such speed but perfection!

Love, love, love my nails. Thank you for keeping the the length I wanted. At other nail salons I've been pressured to keep them longer. I also love how they are not really super thick. You're efforts in giving me beautiful snowflakes are so appreciated. 💙❄️

I had an amazing experience getting my lash extensions with Katelyn. Her service is very customized and she was so thorough with everything she did. she reached out to me and we were able to discuss what I wanted and didn’t want before the appointment as well as what would be best suited for me. I also had a hiccup with the extensions and she was quick to fix it. Overall definitely the best lash extension experience I’ve had!

I can honestly say no matter how much I say Tina’s work is amazing, it still wouldn’t be enough! If you’re someone sensitive and picky about your hair like I am, I 100% recommend going to Tina — you’ll leave happy and genuinely satisfied. She worked non-stop on my hair, listened so carefully to exactly what I wanted, and recreated it perfectly, exactly like the examples on her Instagram. I am so glad I found Katelyn! She is the only lash tech I have found in Vancouver that can actually do manga/anime lash styles. I love that she is thorough and takes her time with her consultations. You can see she has a lot of experience and carries that through her services. She is so gentle and I found myself sleeping right through the appointment, not to mention the bed is super comfy, I usually have back and shoulder aches (due to a previous car accident ) when I get my lashes done but I didnt experience any pain at all!

It was a great experience today. Went for a pedicure for relaxation. The staff really took care of me from offering beverages, assisting with massage chair and request on how to do my nails. I usually do my regular pedicure at Annie’s Nail Spa. Highly recommended.
