It was my first time at Muse and it was a great experience! It started with coffee and a tray of snacks while William discussed various colour options. For my cut, he considered my headshape and preferences. The washing station itself was very comfortable and it was difficult to leave it after the amazing head massage!

What a wonderful experience! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and offered to put your bags in a locker with a key. The salon is modern and clean. It was my first time here and my appointment was with Tomomi. She is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. We discussed travels (Japan!), food and hair! I plan to add some colour to my hair this summer and we discussed different options. She gave me all the scenarios and what it would take to or how long it could take. I am looking forward to my next appointment and really recommend her!!!

May is a wizard! My hair is challenging to colour match- I have three tones- double bleach, single bleach and virgin hair. With attentive care, she has made sure to colour match my hair seamlessly. May was such an attentive and knowledgeable hairstylist. She really knows hair coloring techniques and my color + haircut session went above and beyond my expectations. She really understood and went over many inspiration photos with me going over the pros and cons before we decided on what to do with my hair. I highly recommend May. The hair salon was also very spacious, clean and inviting.

Just had my second color appointment with GiHye and left just as satisfied as the first! GiHye is very skilled and works fast. After going blonde in my first appt I ended up with a better blend into my darker roots than when I had gone to a more expensive big name salon. She’s very polite and also provides a great experience for shy/quiet girlies. Will be going back.

Love love love the people at liveo! They are truly the warmest and most caring people who clearly love their work. I was a bit disappointed since my regular gel overlay colour is still out but of course Laura made my nails look great so I barely noticed. Hopefully they get stoked up again soon☺️

I had my PMU eyebrow touch up today with Jenn and they look so good and natural. She totally made by brows look natural with the shape and colour just the way I asked. I liked that she did manual shading. The atmosphere was really calm and Jenn was really kind and gentle in her service and technique. 100% microshading at Liveo with Jenn.
