Had a fantastic appointment with Joshua! Wasn't looking for anything complicated, but had a lovely session which began with aromatherapy and scalp massage. Got a a great haircut that I'm really happy with, and enjoyed chatting with Josh and the other stylists and clients during my appointment. I find the online booking option super easy and helpful. I booked an extended session massage, which I understood to be a full-body treatment since the website didn’t provide more details. Instead, I received a foot and knee massage. It would be helpful to clarify this on the website, as both the RMT and I were unsure about what type of treatment I was supposed to receive. That said, the massage itself was excellent.

Wow! My first visit to Trim Salon absolutely exceeded expectations! The salon is adorable—clean, warm, and instantly comfortable. Josh was incredible. He took real time to understand my vision, explained options honestly, and his service was exceptional from start to finish. The shoulder, head massage, aromatherapy, wash, cut, and styling were all included—and the price was incredibly reasonable. My hair turned out PERFECT. Better than I hoped for and exactly what I described. Josh even gave me personalized after-care advice and a clear plan to help me grow my hair to my ideal length & style.
