Veronica and Lian took such great care of my husband and I even though we were first time clients. When Veronica heard we were attending a special event later this week, she tailored our facials to make sure there was maximum glow with no downtime. They were both so attentive to details, explained every step of the way, and even gave us masks as after care to ensure we have the best skin before the event! We are looking forward to coming back next time we’re in Richmond!

I currently suffer from dry complexion w/c gotten worse this year. Veronica recognized my worries during our consultation. She explained, took me thru the process of creating an efficient skin care plan, and gave input on w/c kind of treatment that is safe for my skin type. She was so patient while explianing to me the proper care procedure. I tried the routine after the consultation she suggested and boom! My face has significantly improved in just a few days, even before my initial skin care session with her! 😭 Veronica suggested that I do the basic exfoliation for the time being. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just had my first-ever facial, and the Basic Clean & Clear Facial was the perfect choice! The whole experience was so relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. The deep cleanse and gentle exfoliation made my skin feel incredibly smooth, and the serum and moisturizing mask were super hydrating. I especially loved the LED light therapy—it felt like such a luxury and made my skin look noticeably brighter. I have only had the best experience and treatments done here. I had a consultation, a clean and clear facial and a microneedling session done. The aestheticians are highly professional, thorough and extremely knowledgeable especially Lian. I asked Lian so many questions and she answered everything, gave me tips and suggestions. She truly wants the best for your skin and will adjust accordingly. I also love how they don’t hard sell/up sell at all as well as tax is included in the price and no tip required. I highly recommend that you come and have a consultation and get a treatment here!
