I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted, my coat and belongings were placed in a locker and I was robed up and the lady even tied it for me! I was escorted to my hair dressers seat and I was given a tea menu. My hair wash was amazing, I got a great massage and thorough wash. And what can I say about the star hairdresser Raff. He was amazing. I didn't know what cut to get and he recommended a cut and took over. He exceeded my expectations! Thank you Raff! Thank you to the whole team.

It was great, I had a haircut and a conditioning treatment. After being in lockdown for 4 months I was cutting my own hair and it was starting to look dry and very dead, I walked in with a disaster and walked out with a beautiful result! I highly recommend this place!

First time here and it was an amazing experience. Kana was super helpful and took care of my hair perfectly - my hair was super dry and damaged before the appointment, but Kana fixed it! Although it was a bit pricey but it was all worth it, I am certainly coming back. Would definitely recommend!

Ayumi was knowledgeable, warm and friendly. She did an amazing job on my roots and blow-dry and style of my hair. It looked great. I would highly recommend her.

When it comes to beauty salons, I believe it's important not only to have skilled hairstylists but also to ensure that clients can have a comfortable time during their visit. Fuko always provides all of that. She's not just an excellent hairstylist with fantastic cutting skills, but also a wonderful listener who sometimes offers advice. And I always almost falling asleep during the shampoo and massage before the haircut by the assistant Mizuki because she's too good at it.

Agu exceeded my expectations. She spent over an hour cutting, shampooing and blow drying my hair. Free parking available right next to salon.

I had an amazing visit with Regi at TRiM Hair Salon. I booked a conditioning treatment (with head & neck massage) and a lovely cut and blow-dry. The salon is very spacious and stylish with many self care products available a great prices. Regi was delightful and is a master hair stylist. I will be back! Bonus points...the in-house doggie "Prince" was so friendly and such a good boy. Highly Recommend! 10/10

The staff and stylists here are always so welcoming and kind! My friend recommended that I try this place out (as I tend to jump around salons due to poor experience or outcomes) and I am so glad I took her up on that. Joshua was amazing and did magic on my dry dead hair. Left the salon feeling softer and lighter all thanks to him! Will definitely be coming back for future haircuts.
