I had such a great experience at the salon. GiHye was professional,listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She listened and also gave feedback regarding the style that would suite my face. I wanted a layered cut that’s trending in Korea, and Diane gave me exactly the style I was looking for. From the very beginning, she carefully checked in with me about the length and the shape throughout the cut, making sure everything was perfect. I was really impressed by how attentive she was to even the smallest details. On top of that, she explained how to manage and style my hair easily at home. I’ve finally found my go-to hairstylist in Vancouver! Next time, I’m definitely coming back for a balayage 😊 Highly recommend Diane!

I had made an appointment but the barber had to attend to a family emergency, so Shirin went out of her way to get me into her chair last-minute. Fantastic cut and she made me feel very welcome.
