It was average to good - I personally don't like massages where whole arms are used for 'gliding'. I prefer hands. Also the massage was meant to be 45 minutes but lasted 40... every minute counts! The massage of arms and legs was good. Therapist was knowledgeable and courteous. Environment very nice and soft music good.

I went for the myofascial massage with Gemma. She was so welcoming and made me feel at ease. The massage was wonderful, a deeply relaxing and tension releasing massage and I went away feeling so much lighter and calmer.

First time I have tried a shiatsu massage and it was a wow experience. I can only describe it as reflexology for the whole body. The wonderful Gemma made this not only a very relaxing experience but a very spiritual one. Highly recommend you try this if you want something different. 5 star.

As soon as I stepped in the room Debbie put me at ease with her warm welcome. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, the treatment was explained before hand along with any skin issues or concerns I had. Every step was explained as we moved through the treatment, I could see I was in the hands of a experienced professional,Debbie was passionate and knowledgeable about skin care giving helpful advice and answered my questions about products that would be suitable for me. Not only did I come away on glowing and pampered skin I also felt grounded & brighter I was so impressed I have booked again

Gemma was fab but having booked an appointment specifically with Kate, I was very disappointed to arrive and be told she wasn't there. I had waited two weeks to see Kate and to not be told in advance was a shame as obviously i was then not able to reschedule given the cancellation policy. Nothing against Gemma - she was very kind but would just appreciated being told in advance if the therapist i booked with isn't available for any reason.

I had a session with Rosie today at 11am (18 July) and, although she always does an outstanding job, this particular session was INCREDIBLE! Thank you, Rosie, for all those sessions towards post-surgery healing. You’re such a darling to be around, and an exceptional therapist! Will definitely see you again in the coming month.
