I went into my appointment feeling blah and was *feeling myself* by the time I left. I can’t give Harix enough praise! He is SO talented and I could not be happier with my cut and color. He is equal parts artist and stylist, which is especially crucial when it comes to curly hair. He also has a wonderful vibe and I immediately felt at ease. This is by far the best hair service I’ve ever received. Harix is truly a curly hair expert and I’m so grateful to have found him! Roots Radicals is also a lovely salon. Everyone there was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend it to everyone!

I have lost count how many years I’ve been going to Marianna but it’s at least five in her new studio so maybe 7??? Every time she knows exactly what to do for blonde~ especially because sometimes I just walk in and I’m like “do your thing” and it turns out great. She’s funny, explains hair process well, easy to talk to and if there’s a few people in the salon at once, everyone talks to each other, so I feel like I’ve definitely met some awesome peeps over the years. For someone who used to go back to Connecticut every time to get her hair done, so glad to have found her!!!

Great experience overall! Easy and chill environment, great color and cut all for a fair price. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hair salon. There’s also a barber next door by the same owners to make this a true full service business!

I’ve left curly hair salons before feeling like I can’t replicate it at home. Not here! Harix is incredible knowledgeable of curly hair and also understands the importance of his clients having a practical routine they can do at home. I left feeling beautiful with my haircut and confident that I can style it at home myself.

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

What can I say?! You don't mess with perfection. It's like your favorite restaurant! It's consistent and you always know what you're going to get. The best part is seeing Karen. She is simply the best! The gift that keeps on giving. . . . So many people stop me on the street to ask where I get my hair done. This salon is a "cut above the rest!"

i love this salon. i felt welcomed and taken care of from the moment i walked in. all of the stylists were so friendly. my shampoo was the gentlest head massage. liyah was amazing and talked me through the whole process letting me know exactly what she was doing and why. she also gave me great advice on what i could do to my hair at home to get the results im seeking with hair health, length, and thickness. the results were beyond my expectations. i havent been to a salon in years bc of ptsd with getting butchered haircuts and blow outs but h2 has restored my faith. i will definitely be back!

Lovely salon. Calm atmosphere. Most importantly I get a great haircut and perfect highlights.

Overall experience was a 10/10!! I got my boho braids done by Denise and I’ve never been happier with how my hair looks. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, the salon is well maintained and comfortable, and the stylists are patient and supportive. I am overly satisfied with my visit here and I am definitely going to be a regular. If you need your hair done, this is the place to be!!!

Very professional and clean. Mino was very nice and very polite. He worked fast and precise. After several salon canceling my appointment due to my hair texture, I was finally able to get a good cut.

My girl, Maria was THE sweetest! I’ve never gone to a salon to have my hair done before and she gave me such a great experience. She was warm from the start and gave me advice on my hair. She listened to me and made me feel heard! I brushed my hair out a bit more when I got home, as I wanted a more relaxed look and it was perfect! Two days later, and my hair still looks event ready. It's been a great experience with V&C Image Hair Salon. I'm so satisfied with the hair color and highlight that Ms. Chona did to me. It was so beautiful!! 🥹❤️ I didn't expect the outcome, but she did a really great job!!! I do highly recommend V&C Image Hair Salon and Ms.Chona, she's really a pro. Nercy is amazing - very personable and friendly. I droped into Alchemy for a last minute appointment and she was able to squeeze me the same day! The salon is gorgeous, very clean and very inviting. I am more than happy with my hair and can't wait to go back.

After following Eti on Instagram for more than a year, I knew she was the one I wanted to do my hair. I researched for months, but kept coming back to her work, and finally booked my session for a cut and full-balayage. My appointment was incredibly fast and efficient, considering how thick and long my hair is. Her salon is small and welcoming - not overwhelming at all.She expertly cut my hair, listened to every request I had on my color and length, and corrected a very outgrown color job from a year prior. Can't recommend her, or say enough good things about my experience at Eti Hair Studio!

We drove in from Connecticut because my 16-year-old daughter didn't want anyone but Marianna touching her hair. Her hair looks great, and no hair place is as fun as Marianna's salon. Marianna is bright, funny and builds meaningful relationships with her clients, and not just their hair.
