Manage your client list
In this guide, you’ll learn how to delete or block multiple clients at once.
How your client list works
Your client list is where all client profiles are stored and managed. From here, you can view client details, history, and more, giving you a complete view of each client.
From here, you can take bulk actions, such as deleting or blocking multiple clients at once. Deleted clients are removed from your workspace, but their history remains saved. Blocked clients can’t book online, though their profile stays visible to your team.
To manage individual client profiles, including how to delete a single client or block a specific client from booking, open the client’s profile directly.
Delete your clients in bulk
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Above the Client list, next to Client name, tick the check box to select all clients or select specific clients individually.
- Click on the Delete Button to remove the client profiles.
- In the pop-up, click on Delete to reconfirm.
Once deleted, the selected clients are removed from your client list, but their past appointments remain in your workspace.
Block your clients in bulk
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Above the Client list, next to Client name tick the check box to select all clients or select specific clients individually.
- Click on the Bulk edit button and select Block customers.
- In the Block clients pop-up, select a blocking reason.
- Click on the Block button to confirm.
Once blocked, the clients can no longer be able to book with your business. Their profile remains in your Client list with the block status visible to your team. To unblock the clients, follow the same steps and select Unblock customers.
