Most intense strength workout I have ever experienced! Having Tashi’s watchful eye at all times tuning in precise posture and movement while performing slow and controlled range of motion is superb. The encouragement from both Tashi and Gaia is really a boost when the going gets tough. I love the 1/1 training and 20 minutes 1/day a week for benefits that effect my entire body well after the hard work is done!.
