I tweaked my back and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Gaia. She was fantastic - she really took the time to figure out the extent of my back issue and then really worked all the muscles trying to release the tightness and spasming. I walked out of there moving much more easily than I had going in. It was my first visit at Embodiment and I will definitely go back. Thank you!

Gaia holds a beautiful container and intuitively brings me back into my own safe space . Time spent with her is healing , insightful and so yummy !!!

I definitely felt relaxed and quite spaced out. I got very tired at around 8:00 PM, which is early for me but didn't sleep well.
