I tweaked my back and was lucky enough to get an appointment with Gaia. She was fantastic - she really took the time to figure out the extent of my back issue and then really worked all the muscles trying to release the tightness and spasming. I walked out of there moving much more easily than I had going in. It was my first visit at Embodiment and I will definitely go back. Thank you!

Gaia holds a beautiful container and intuitively brings me back into my own safe space . Time spent with her is healing , insightful and so yummy !!!

I definitely felt relaxed and quite spaced out. I got very tired at around 8:00 PM, which is early for me but didn't sleep well.

My time at Embodiment Massage with was the cherry on top to our ski vacation! From the moment we entered the building, it was pure relaxation. The waiting room was equipped with a massage chair and calf massager, and my friend was able to jump in the infrared sauna while she was waiting for me. I left feeling like a brand-new person, both mentally and physically. If you're hitting the slopes at Northstar Ski Resort, do yourself a favor and take the 10-minute drive over here.
