Best Physical Therapy near me in Olympic Heights, Truckee

I had another amazing workout with Trevor! With a full time career and fitting in all my outdoor activities I need a workout that challenges me, is effective and efficient. The slow cadence high intensity workout of 15 minutes twice a week at Strength Lab Truckee with Trevor meets all this criteria.

Gaia is the best. I tend to go to her when Im in trouble and hurting and I always feel so much better when I leave. Its amazing all the little muscles and ligaments that she finds that I didnt even know were tight.

Gaia you are such an amazing healer and friend. You always know what to do when my body is hurting and I know that your hands and your presence makes me feel held and safe and that is a gift.

Trevor rocks!

Going to the Strength Lab has really helped me get started on a strength training program! I started with a free session, then signed up for a 4 session package. I could tell I was becoming stronger, so I signed up for 12 more sessions. I'm not motivated to go the the gym on my own, so it's been super helpful to have Trevor set up the equipment, coach me on proper technique, and cheer me on! So worth spending 30 minutes a couple of times to a week to make progress on building strength, which is so important to living a healthy lifestyle & avoid injury doing sports I love! Totally recommend it!

Amazing experience from start to end. Gaia listened so intently to what was going on for me and the pain I was experiencing. Through her expertise and great body/muscle/endocrine knowledge she brought great relief in my shoulder and neck. I will be back and can't thank you enough!
