This was my fourth session with Tashi. Each one has been a positive experience with him coaching and encouraging me. This is high intensity, slow strength training for muscular strength, bone density, hypertrophy, improved range of motion, plus injury rehab and more. I already realize the benefits. Gaia has the magic touch for sure! Her wisdom and knowledge are just the cherry on top. Must be the library of fantastic books in her studio lol. It’s such a comfy zen place to be. I didn’t want to leave. Booked a Bakers Dozen package to explore all the different options she offers. From the charcoal filtered water and tea selection to the massage chairs in the waiting parlor, she has every detail covered. Easy parking and access right off the highway. Then spend time in the cute town of Truckee afterwards….makes for a perfect day. Let her healing energy help you wind down and “glow up”! 💜
