Good experience today. However o feel there could have been more hairstylists allocated to helping take out my hair, rather than the pressure all on one hairstylist which made the process take a lot longer than expected.

Ajoke is truly exceptional! She made me feel at home with her warm hospitality and attention to detail. From ensuring I was seated comfortably to asking about my preferences, she went above and beyond. Her expertise with hair care is impressive, and she knows exactly what your hair needs. What stood out most was her ability to make me laugh and feel relaxed throughout the experience. I highly recommend her!

I’ve been using KLS since September 2024 for bi-weekly hair treatment. My hair came in dry with very flaky scalp but now it’s more lush than it has been in years. The flaky scalp has drastically reduced. Beyond this, their customer service is top notch. They are kind and always willing to help. My stylist, Grace is excellent. She knows what she is doing and she is always open to listen to me to get exactly what I want. I’m really happy I chose KLS and I hope the experience stays top-notch!

Yetunde took great care, as usual, with my natural hair. The girls were all warm and welcoming.

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon. Kudirat and the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming, which made the atmosphere feel so comfortable and inviting. Blessing, who retouched my hair, was clearly a professional. She did an excellent job and, for the first time in a long while, my hair did not hurt at all after a retouch. I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. I would absolutely go there again and again. Highly recommended.

Opeyemi is amazing. I love her attention to detail and she always gets what I want done. She’s gentle with my hair and in a month I can already see the difference in my hair- no shedding, no damage, etc. In general, the service at Ikoyi branch is excellent, from the front desk lady to other hair stylists. They always have a smile for customers and they always have respectful banter. It shows a healthy work culture and it’s a reflection of good leadership. Well done KLS.
