Amazing wax experience with Otu, she’s very chatty and engaging. I think I will call her the Queen of waxing or the coochie doctor and that’s cos she knows exactly what the coochie needs. I have been to other places to wax, but this waxing thing with Otu is a discovery😁

The attendant was very professional and the wax was less painful than what I know. However, my underarm and coochie started burning a few minutes after the session. Maybe it was the product used after the wax or I had broken skin from the wax but it was very uncomfortable and it went on for hours after the wax.

Anna is the best for the hamman and the massage 1 million/10. Amarachi is also lovely for my facial and Vivian made my feet like a baby, 10/10. Blessing is the best as always. Overall an amazing experience 🥰

I used the numbing cream. My wax lady was nice and polite. The pain from waxing was not too bad. However, my spa specialist/wax lady did not rip off the strips at once. She first tries to pry it open then rips it. That made me anticipate the pain, unlike when the pull it off abruptly so you are able to bear the pain better. Also I like when they add a personal touch and try to gist with you at least. Overall it was good. I woud give it a 5 but for these minor issues.

I booked to have my eyebrows and upper lip hair trimmed. The beauty therapist did both superbly. I also had a pedicure done and the nail technician did a great job. The staff that attended to me were courteous, professional and friendly. Their supervisor was also warm and polite. I will definitely be returning for my beauty needs. Thank you

Everything about my appointment was great! My Therapist was a pleasure - Nadira, she was very pleasant and soft on the hands. This was my first time waxing and my anxiety walked right out the door after my conversation with Blessing (manager of the spa), I was at ease from then and through my session.
