My masseuse was very professional and gave me a very relaxing massage. So relaxing that I dozed off and she was gracious enough to not wake me. Lol. I would go back over and over for that experience. We all know how stressful Lagos traffic can be.

I had a beautiful experience, even though it was my first time getting facials and waxing. I truly enjoyed both the service and the overall experience. When my card declined at payment, I was given time to relax and resolve the issue, which I appreciated. After my treatments, I was able to rest for a while before starting my journey back home. And yes, I got home safely a few minutes ago. Thank you!

I had the Sea C Facial and body massage. It was a beautiful experience. From the reception to the service from the Spa specialist, it was truly comfortable and I look forward to another.

The haircut treatment was very good. Unfortunately the WiFi did not work and since I am visiting Lagos, this presented a challenge for me in paying with an international card. In the end, an employee let me use his mobile hotspot. The word is out among international visitors that Groomed is the best place for a great hair cut. PLEASE make sure your wifi works.

My experience with skincare Connoisseur was indeed a great one from her been welcoming, to us chatting as if we've known for decades, and my facials process was detailed and all steps was explained, sure would be there again.

A more comfortable chair is needed for the mini-facial. Otherwise excellent all round as usual.
