The experience was good however I noticed that wasn’t given a post wax treatment which is the hydration jelly wax as stated on your page.

I used the numbing cream. My wax lady was nice and polite. The pain from waxing was not too bad. However, my spa specialist/wax lady did not rip off the strips at once. She first tries to pry it open then rips it. That made me anticipate the pain, unlike when the pull it off abruptly so you are able to bear the pain better. Also I like when they add a personal touch and try to gist with you at least. Overall it was good. I woud give it a 5 but for these minor issues.

I loved that the lady who welcomed me advised me to try a less painful wax (instead of sugar wax) as it was my first time. The lady who waxed me was also gentle and patient. Thank you!
