Uvi was a superb stand in for my foot massage. She was extremely knowledgeable and I appreciated her hard work on my tired runners legs. I hope our paths cross again, she was great.

I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I just had the most amazing foot reflexology session with Erika! She worked on specific points on my feet that connect to different parts of my body, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. And you know what? I slept like a baby that night – something I haven't done in ages. Erika's expertise and care made the experience truly exceptional. I'm definitely going to make this a regular treat for myself! 🤩

Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

Jac’s 60-minute head spa and massage was incredible from start to finish. She was so warm and welcoming, and the relaxing treatment room with calming music and a heated bed instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was unbelievably soothing — the warm water, gentle touch, and beautiful cherry blossom oils made me completely lose track of time. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional, right down to the homemade cookie at the end. I’ve already booked my next visit and can’t recommend Jac enough!

Really amazing session. I'm a very anxious person and have some serious body image issues, but Mariana was able to help me relax and I was able to fully decompress and enjoy the experience. I only had an express massage as I visited on my lunch break, but that was the best decision I've made in a while. Will be doing it again, and certainly will book in a longer massage as soon as I get a chance.

I’ve had several reflexology treatments with Sylvia and every single one has been amazing. Today I had my very first Swedish massage — and it was absolutely incredible! I don’t usually get massages but after I gave birth, I felt pain in my joints, bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons. So after 8 weeks of recovering from c-section I decided to get a massage from Rina. I had a full body massage. In some areas it was very relaxing but other area like my arms, shoulders, back and thighs were quite painful. Rina reassured me that it’s normal to experience achy muscles after childbirth. She said massage can help relieve pains, soothes aches and relaxes tense muscles. Although I found the massage painful at first, the relief after was definitely worth it.

Donna was very friendly and chatty, did a brilliant job on my nails and feet, have already re-booked for next month. Would recommend Donna to everyone.

As always, Kelly made me smile with her lovel personality, interesting conversation & wonderful pedicure, my feet feel unbelievable. Thank you.
