I’ve had massage sessions with Steph before and they’ve always been fantastic, but during last visit she suggested I try reflexology because I struggle with water retention and often feel heaviness in my legs. I decided to give it a go, and I’m really glad I did. Steph has such a calm and grounding presence that you feel relaxed the moment you walk in. The reflexology session itself was deeply soothing, and I noticed a lightness in my legs and feet afterwards that I hadn’t felt in a while. She clearly knows her stuff!

My experience started the minute I walked in for my reflexology appointment. Very warm welcome, the temperature and ambiance was perfect. I had the warmest of welcomes and after undressing I led on a heated beauty chaise, it really was lovely to relax and listen to my body, enjoying every moment. I felt my legs finally starting to relax and I honestly felt so much better after my massage. I have booked again and will from now on put this as an important step in January 2026. 5stars

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

I just had the most amazing foot reflexology session with Erika! She worked on specific points on my feet that connect to different parts of my body, and I could literally feel the tension melting away. And you know what? I slept like a baby that night – something I haven't done in ages. Erika's expertise and care made the experience truly exceptional. I'm definitely going to make this a regular treat for myself! 🤩

We have been coming to Michelle for years. Her treatments are amazing. My favourite treatment is the Reflex-age which includes a head, neck and shoulder message with foot reflexology. Pure bliss. My mum has hand reflexology which she thoroughly recommends 💞

I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. Karen has a very natural, holistic approach to wellness and relaxation. I am not exaggerating that Rose is without a doubt the BEST massage therapist I have ever had. She is friendly and gives amazing massages. The room is cosy and relaxing and the bed is incredibly comfortable. I hope Rose knows how good she is. Have a lovely Christmas and a lovely break.

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

I had an incredible sports massage session. Erika is definitely highly skilled, attentive, and really understood how to target the areas that needed the most work. The pressure was firm yet comfortable, and I felt immediate relief in my muscles. What impressed me most was the balance between professionalism and genuine care — I left feeling both physically restored and mentally relaxed. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for recovery or performance improvement!

Been 3 times already and cannot get enough, I’ve had reflexology and an Indian head massage, the music the calmness of the whole experience is incredible, the difference I feel in myself after each session is just amazing, always suffered With my back and I find reflexology has helped with not only this but other problems, I’ve never had an Indian head massage until now and I find i zone out from the world and it’s an experience I’m very much looking forward to everytime I visit, thank you for my treatments 100% worth every penny.

I don’t usually get massages but after I gave birth, I felt pain in my joints, bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons. So after 8 weeks of recovering from c-section I decided to get a massage from Rina. I had a full body massage. In some areas it was very relaxing but other area like my arms, shoulders, back and thighs were quite painful. Rina reassured me that it’s normal to experience achy muscles after childbirth. She said massage can help relieve pains, soothes aches and relaxes tense muscles. Although I found the massage painful at first, the relief after was definitely worth it.
