I had booked back and shoulder massage for my husband at Rina massage Therapy. He was really happy with the massage. He's been suffering with lower back pain for past couple of months. Rina exactly identified the knots on the back and with her techinques lossened them. After hearing my husband's feedback about her, I am planning to get massage done from her. I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

I had done first massage with Rina today. I found her incredible warm, friendly and helpful. 

I work in a siting position also I do many exercises and my muscles are very tight. Massage really helped to remove any tension/soreness in my muscles and help me to relax in her lovely massage room.

 Rina has been an absolute great to find and understand any specific aches/pains that may exist and ensures that they are not there when I leave.

I had a full body massage with Rina. My body was aching and my lower back was the most painful part. The massage was painful as usual but after I felt so much better. A couple days later I didn’t notice my back pain. It was gone thanks to Rina.

I had my second appointment for a full body massage with Rina. My body was still painful from childbirth but this timeI found it less painful than the first time. Except my inner thighs were still very painful. After the massage was complete I felt very relaxed. I can feel that I’m getting better. I had a warm shower before bed and was able to have a very good night sleep.

I don’t usually get massages but after I gave birth, I felt pain in my joints, bones, muscles, ligaments and tendons. So after 8 weeks of recovering from c-section I decided to get a massage from Rina. I had a full body massage. In some areas it was very relaxing but other area like my arms, shoulders, back and thighs were quite painful. Rina reassured me that it’s normal to experience achy muscles after childbirth. She said massage can help relieve pains, soothes aches and relaxes tense muscles. Although I found the massage painful at first, the relief after was definitely worth it.

Rina was very nice and welcoming and I felt so much lighter after my first session amazing !
