I had booked back and shoulder massage for my husband at Rina massage Therapy. He was really happy with the massage. He's been suffering with lower back pain for past couple of months. Rina exactly identified the knots on the back and with her techinques lossened them. After hearing my husband's feedback about her, I am planning to get massage done from her. Lovely 45mins back, neck and shoulder massage. Been increasing my pressure levels gradually and really enjoying the feeling of deep tissue massage. Sometimes tho, 45mins just goes waaaay to quick 🤣

I was recommended Rina by a friend and have to say one of the best massages I've ever had in the UK. Had the deep tissue massage, and she worked on all of the areas where I've been having issues. Felt so light and relaxed afterwards. Definitely worth a visit!

Absolutely wonderful first visit to Gaia Wellness Holistic Therapies for a back, neck and shoulder massage. I feel so much more relaxed and like all my tension and stress has gone. Vicky listened to my concerns, focused on my shoulders, as I hold alot of tension there, loved hearing my knots pop, so satisfying! Will definitely be returning.

Lovely massage and experience! I wanted a massage to relax after being in hospital, all the oils were prepared especially for me. The room in Durley Manor was peaceful and calming.

I had done first massage with Rina today. I found her incredible warm, friendly and helpful. 

I work in a siting position also I do many exercises and my muscles are very tight. Massage really helped to remove any tension/soreness in my muscles and help me to relax in her lovely massage room.
