"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I always have an excellent experience with Mayra. She is professional, attentive and really understands how to work on tension in the body. Every time I leave a session, I feel lighter, more relaxed and all the knots have been properly released. My body feels better afterwards. I would highly recommend her.

From arriving today I was put at ease, the lady that welcomed me was absolutely lovely and then when the lady that did the treatment arrived, I was put at ease so quickly! Thank you for such an amazing experience! Highly reccomend this place ill be back next month without a doubt!
