His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

Great advice and treatment. Ryan treats the whole patient. Discussing mental health and resilience techniques to work alongside the physical rehab and work with a sports injury. My daughter is a keen sportswoman and Ryan has already made her feel more in control of her journey back to fitness. Top class professional as always. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else.

Sean always asks about your issues to facilitate his investigation. He provides accurate diagnosis and very effective treatment. He always explains what he is going to do and why, before he starts. He will always offer advice about your rehabilitation including things to do and things to avoid. He will never push for further visits if they aren't required. The surgery is always sanitised before and after every patient.

What an experience\! After wanting to try cryo for years, I finally took the plunge. I was recommended to combine an infrared sauna session with the cryotherapy, and I’m so glad I did. The staff were warm, welcoming, funny, and explained everything clearly, putting me completely at ease.Relaxing with Netflix during the infrared session was a great start before stepping into the cryotherapy chamber with the finest winter accessories. The 3 minutes flew by, and I loved every second. I felt amazing afterwards and will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving it a try

I’ve been having aesthetic treatments for a while but decided to go with Bella after relocating to Manchester. She was so attentive during the consultation, really took the time to listen to my concerns and make recommendations for what was best for my face. She must be a perfectionist as the appointment didn’t feel rushed, she checked in with me throughout and really executed my vision. Lucy is a great physio. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience and was able to diagnose my injury. She recommended a good rehabilitation strategy and supporting stength / stretch plan to aid my recovery. I would definitely recommend her to friends and other runners.

Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. I’ve already rebooked for two days’ time and would definitely recommend Biohacking mcr to anyone!

First time ever getting lip filler- and Callum was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive when explaining the process, aftercare and the initial evaluation! He answered all of my questions, and really put my mind at ease about the whole process. After the treatment I was worried about some of the swelling, and he invited me in the very next day to help calm any concerns I had! I’m now left with gorgeous, natural looking lips- that’s given me such a confidence boost! I couldn’t recommend him more!
