This was my first time trying some of the therapies so I was a little nervous initially. Karen put my mind at ease with her knowledge, expertise and reassurance. I was then so relaxed and at ease and I especially loved the cryotherapy, I felt absolutely amazing after I’d left. My body felt lighter from the Body Balancer, my skin was glowing after the Dermalux treatment and the sauna was super chilled and I enjoyed watching Netflix as well - what a great bonus! I can highly recommend Cryo Revive and if I lived closer I would definitely be a regular customer.

Cara had a look at a problem that I've had with my back for a while. She was very thorough in her assessment and identified the likely problem for me. She prescribed some rehab exercises and clearly demonstrated them to me. The massage gave me some relief straight away. I've already recommended her to my wife!

I’ve been seeing Craig for the last few months for a shoulder injury, and the improvement has been brilliant. Through a combination of band exercises, strength work and massage, my shoulder is almost back to normal. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and explains everything clearly. Amazing experience! Adam was so friendly and knowledgeable. I initially booked my appointment just for hyperbaric oxygen therapy, as my IVF clinic recommends it to help improve outcomes. After learning more about my ongoing treatment, Adam suggested additional therapies that could be beneficial for me and even gave me a complimentary 20-minute red light session. First of all Larissa is amazing, sweet and a very caring person. She walked me through the whole process and gave me her honest advice, there are so many people out there that just want your money and do not care about you as a person and larissa is not one of them at all.
