Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Had double top & bottom lash enhancements 7-days ago which was amazingly pain free with only very, very slight discomfort of 1-2 out of 10. Tracy was, as always, so reassuring, encouraging, patient & gentle. I am so so happy with the results & would recommend, so don't dally if you're seriously considering. Healing period was swift & painfree with no swelling which was my prior concern. Once again 5-stars all day long to Tracy. Many thanks.

Once again Sarah has worked her magic. After an amazing hot stone full body massage last week with her, yesterday I had my first ever Reiki session. Wow ! I felt so relaxed afterwards, Sarah had managed to release some negative energy from me for sure. I felt a rush through my chest which felt weird at the time but clearly something had released. I left with a clear mind too. I had the best nights sleep I have had for some time. I feel very relaxed still today. I will book another Reiki session soon for sure. Thank-you again Sarah xx
